Broadwell Energy specializes in the design of CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) backup storage systems for Industrial Power Generation projects. Our vision is to transform the way Architects, Developers & Contractors setup emergency power generation, by using CNG to run clean burning natural gas generators meeting the 6hr - 48hr backup requirements in NFPA 110. All projects start from a design basis to be engineered and mechanically optimized for fast generator startup times. Broadwell designs and programs PLC panels to every application including industrial building control rooms.
Broadwell has over 10 years experience in the CNG industry constructing large transit and utility company fueling stations, also providing end to end manufacturing for custom design applications. Broadwell provides CNG storage applications tailored to Contractors & Electricians installing emergency power generation on the rooftop of large scale industrial buildings. Broadwell has experience dealing with local Inspectors and Fire Marshall’s - We also draft our own plans in-house to obtain proper site differed submittals. Our vision is to work closely with our clients by making sure the entire CNG storage solution has the local code requirements listed in the engineering plans, managing the full scope submittal package for a highly complex product. Broadwell offers full after sales service and support for all systems
Broadwell Energy also supports the design for large scale Data Center backup systems. Providing an enclosed plug and play unit capable of supplying up to 5MW of power generation. Larger size systems can be engineered upon request. The Broadwell enclosed system includes the (Compressor, Drying, Decanting, Enclosed Control Room, Tank Storage and Manifold System)
